We know what you're thinking - "Yeah, but where does the money I donate actually go?"
Our board members all volunteer our time so you're not donating to pay someone's salary. We work from home so we don't have the overhead costs of a big office.
Historically, 97-99% of donations go directly to projects in Ghana and Kenya. Unfortunately, we do have to pay for boring stuff like bookkeeping, taxes and website fees.

Construction is underway and we are so close to getting this school open in January 2026! The classrooms, science block, washrooms, kitchen and staff quarters are already complete. Donations are needed to construct the administration office and furnish the school.

While most of our efforts and donations focus on building schools to reach as many children as possible, we also want to ensure that the children already in the care of our local partners are not overlooked. Our Education Sponsorship Program helps fill the gap while our schools are being built, providing vital support for children and young adults pursuing their education and vocational training.
Through this program, we’ve sponsored a young man in Ghana to become a mechanic, a young woman in Ghana to train as a seamstress, a young woman in Kenya to become a barista, and several children in Kenya to continue their primary and secondary education. We’ve also supported students from Mama Yaa’s home in Ghana to complete their secondary education.
